Our Product
Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit ™ is made from only real fruit, filtered water and organic cane sugar. At Chloe’s, we are sensitive to the concerns of the allergen community. We insist that our products are free of all of the eight major food allergens (egg, fish, milk, peanuts, shellfish, soy, tree nuts and wheat).
Our Equipment
Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit Mix is produced on equipment that does not process any of the eight major allergens, including nuts and tree nuts.
Our Facility
Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit Mix is currently produced in a facility that processes products for other companies that may use tree nuts, on separate equipment.
The plant follows strict guidelines to prevent cross contamination. Tree nut-containing products are stored separately in the ingredient warehouse until called for by production. Tree nuts are processed on their own, dedicated system.
The plant operates under rabbinical supervision and FDA supervision and follows strict controls for hand washing, uniform cleaning, equipment sanitation and visual inspections to minimize any risk of cross contamination.
