Our newest fruit variety at The Soft Serve Fruit Co. is indulgent, silky, divine and healthy DARK CHOCOLATE! Yep, you heard us right, we said fruit. 

Cacao or dark chocolate comes from the cacao tree. Cacao beans are seeds that come from the pod-like cacao fruit. The seeds are chocolate in its purest, most antioxidant rich form. These seeds are what we use to make our newest soft serve fruit variety! The best part about it (besides the amazingly rich taste) is that dark chocolate is a Super-Food!

We use the best single origin Ecuadorian cacao to make our dark chocolate Soft Serve Fruit, and it tastes amazing. Our cacao comes from the Los Rios province of Ecuador and is catergorized as "Fine or Flavour" cacao. This kind of cacao only accounts for about 5% of the world's total annual production, making it a very special dark chocolate indeed. 

There's nothing wrong with giving in to the dark side and feeling good about being "bad". Our friend DARK CHOCOLATE is tired of being maligned. He wants to break free and show the world what he is capable of. Here are just a few accomplishments.
